HOW TO SUBMIT WRITING PIECES TO RESORT REPORT BY EMAIL (2 choices)
A. How to...copy and paste
Type your piece on the WORD PROCESSING program you prefer (Works, Word, Wordpad, etc. etc.)
HIGHLIGHT your piece: (LEFT CLICK on the first word and hold your finger down, dragging the cursor all the way to the end of your piece.)
Now it will be highlighted in BLUE.
Anywhere on the blue, RIGHT click to see a menu (a list of functions).
Left click on COPY.
Go to your EMAIL ACCOUNT..
Start a new message and complete as follows:
10. To: ResortReport@lapgv.com
11. Subject:: from (your name)
12. MAKE SURE YOUR CURSOR IS IN THE TEXT BOX.:
13. RIGHT CLICK to see a menu.
14. LEFT CLICK on PASTE.
15. Your writing piece should appear.
16. Send.
B. How to...add an attachment
Go to your EMAIL ACCOUNT. Start a new message and complete as follows:
To: ResortReport@lapgv.com
Subject: From: (Your name)
Look for: ATTACH A FILE and left click
In the box that appears, FIND YOUR
ARTICLE wherever you have saved it (ie.My Documents, or Desktop) and left click on it
The name of the article should appear on the email heading.
8. Send.
